Easy to put together, provides reasonable amount of comfort, though if you're reading this and considering purchasing, don't wait to buy a separate seat cushion, this chair will not provide you with maximum comfort. Great looking chair, the arms are a little wobbly which for the most part is fine, but it is noticeable and slightly frustrating at times
It's an okay chair. Looks nice but holes were covered by leather making it difficult to install the screws. The armrest covers were not intuitive to install and the instructions didn't really help.
It’s pretty good in general. It feels comfortable and it’s big which is good for me. The problems I had was the instruction were confusing and it was hard to assemble which got me mad. The package when I got it was destroyed from one side like it drove through the ww1 to get here.
There is absolutley nothing wrong with the chair itself I love it, very comfortable. My problem is the quality control the predrilled bolt holes were not the correct size for a lot of the bolts which led to me really have to crank them in. I was a little disappointed that the arm rest were solid plastic as well but all in all its a great chair for gaming
Initially the chair came with a faulty backrest (one of the holes in the back was threaded incorrectly, making it impossible to screw the bolt in), however, customer support was very good about getting back to me. They sent me a new backrest without the hassle of requiring me to send in the faulty one (or the whole chair). The next backrest came in the same time it took to ship the chair initially and worked as advertised.
Sexy chair, functions as promised, decent comfort. Huge problem and reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that right off the bat you get to attempt to build the thing. Step 1, screw back of chair to bottom of chair. Seems simple enough except it's hard as f*** because it will keep slipping out of your hands. Oh and unless you stick a pipe on the Allen wrench for leverage, you won't have the human strength to tighten the bolts all the way in. So if you can actually build the chair, you're golden, but if not, you're triple f***ed.
LOVE this chair. I bought it because my Ikea chair was KILLING my back. Put this together as soon as it got here, which was a few days earlier than expected. Easy Assembly. This chair makes you sit upright. The moment I sat in it, my back started feeling better. Cushions all the points I seem to stress on my back. The reason it lacks 5 stars, is the arm rest. They are grating my elbows, and I've ordered paddings already. Great chair, well worth the buy, but I highly recommend arm rest pads.
I was really anxious to buy a gaming chair. I researched for days and didn't want to make a jump on one.
Easy install.
Comfortable.
Wheels aren't cheap or get stuck.
I mean.. if you lean back far enough and put all your weight up it will fall back but thats just physics cmon.
This chair is so comfortable though 10/10 would fall back to my death in this one!
The only con in my book is I cannot use the lumbar support for long, it must be something you have to get use to. Overall I am extremely happy with my new chair, going from a very old lounge chair is a definite upgrade, I would highly recommend. I see there are a few reviews giving it 1 star for a broken arm piece, no such issue with mine. I am sure if you contact the manufacture they could help you out.
My son wanted this chair. We had problems at firsts with a part that had broken. GT worked with us until it was resolved. This company is very good with making sure their customer is happy.
This is a good budget chair with most of the functionality you would expect from a higher end brand. That being said, the cut corners show moreso for someone my size: I'm 6' 3 and 190 lbs. It is a little too short for my legs and back, but is still relatively comfortable. I would say, if you're 6 feet tall or less, then this chair will be a good fit for you.
