Love Love Love this chair!
I've had my vertagear for a few months now, and nothing has broken. This is the first chair I'be had that doesn't make any of my limbs go numb, make me feel uneasy, squished, or pained. I can lean back comfortably- there is a knob to control the tension as you lean back so it can be as loose or as tight as you want.
Fast shipping by FedEx. Arrived earlier than expected in good condition. Very easy to assemble, even came with EXTRA hardware! Seat cushion is firm, you are not going to sink into this chair. Keep in mind this is a gaming chair , and gamers don't get too comfortable, they are all business. It is a good height for this 5 11 , 205 pound adult. The pillows are a little weird, but you do not have to use them, I will give them a try though, they may need a little break in. I am accustomed to a large, wide chair and this is a little narrower than I thought it would be. All in all I am satisfied with the ease of assembly, extra hardware is great, great value, and it looks good too!
I previously passed on this chair for something twice the price, thinking that it would be worth the investment. I was so disappointed that I went back and ordered this chair instead and have not regretted it a moment since. Not only does this chair look better but it feels great. And for about 100$ you can't beat that. One part showed slightly scratched but I think this is a packaging/shipping issue so I won't hold it against the chair as a whole (see picture below). The parts feel sturdy and the design is better than some more expensive chairs.The wheels roll well on my carpet flooring. The construction holding the back to the base with two hinges as opposed to one I feel gives this chair more leaning capability than some others. I always feel secure no matter what angle I set the back at. This chair is the #1 best seller for a reason. It is a great bang for your buck and a non-expensive way to improve any PC gaming experience.
As long as you take the time to slightly tighten each side before going back to tighten all the screws it will be very firm. I had a slight problem with my chair and Homall was very quick to fix it. They responded within 12 hours to help me with a part for the chair.
Overall I'm very impressed with the quality and presentation of this product, I've owned a DXRacer Chair in the past and these are just so close in comfort that I don't see a reason to spend anymore money.
The only con in my book is I cannot use the lumbar support for long, it must be something you have to get use to. Overall I am extremely happy with my new chair, going from a very old lounge chair is a definite upgrade, I would highly recommend. I see there are a few reviews giving it 1 star for a broken arm piece, no such issue with mine. I am sure if you contact the manufacture they could help you out.
Love the colors and the chair is very comfortable. The only bad thing I have found is that the arm rests even on there highest setting are still to low for my elbows/arm to rest on. I am 5’6 and my husband is 6’2. I also had him try it out and the same issue. They are unusable.
The box was damaged as it was thrown place to places during shipment. But I would buy it again. The arm rest is the only down side that it's wiggly does not stay in place.
We bought this chair for our 14 year old son and he absolutely loves his chair! we noticed that one of the arm rest gets loose. As soon as I posted a review the company contacted me and took care of the issue right away! I was so impressed with the quick response and how quickly they took care of us!! It was so appreciated and we really did not want to return the chair since my son just loves it and it really is a great looking chair, very comfortable and a great price too. He has been bragging to his friends about it that they are also wanting to order one. This is one happy momma.

Overall pretty decent for the price, but not great. It does not breathe, the lumbar support really should be integrated into the back (the pillow pushes your legs halfway off the seat), and the armrests do not adjust.

Great chair! I purchased the one the says SPEED across the back in black and red. Very comfortable. I work from home so I usually spend 10ish hours a day in this chair. I've had it for almost 2 months now and do not have a single complaint. It looks good, reclining in it is very nice. The lumbar pillows are a very nice addition to the chair. It does support heavier weight. I had originally wanted the DXracer chair, but could not justify paying over $200 for a chair and this one feels just great.
A great chair for gaming or general work at a desk for the price. The back is fully adjustable and can recline back a full 90°. The arm rests are alright and are a little squeaky, but do not need to be attached. The lever to lower and raise the chair is partially blocked by the left arm rest, but is still usable.
The lumbar support and head rest are a great addition, though I find myself removing the lumbar support and just keeping the head rest. Mine arrived with a minor, but permanent stain on the upper back part, but nothing I can't deal with.
Though this is my first high-end chair and I have no higher-end product to compare it to, this is definitely worth the price based on my experience with it. It is easy to assemble and a must-have for anyone still using a regular office chair. The flaws I noticed are rather small in my opinion and this is still a great buy.
I'm honestly not understanding the negative reviews on here. But mine came in today, assembled it, and it looks absolutely stunning!!! I got the the blue, sent and snapped pics to all my friends and they love it. The color is nice and rich and the chair is very comfortable.
Let's point out the elephant in the room, it is over half the price of a DX Racer. My friend has a DX Racer and the GTracing chair is just as comfortable and aesthetically sexy. I honestly cannot even tell the difference other than his is mesh and mine is leather. Good quality, good build. Definitely 5/5 stars and highly recommend.
This chair arrived sooner than expected. It was packaged well and arrived without any signs of damage. Assembly was straight-forward and took about 30 minutes. The included allen wrench was used to fasten all of the various screws. No additional tools were required.
The chair includes two pillows. One is for lower back support and the other for neck support. The chair is more comfortable without the pillow for the lower back, and so I kept it off. The chair can be raised and lowered. The back can be tilted to 180 degrees. The chair also rocks if desired. The arm rests are not adjustable. The faux leather seems durable and there are no signs of stretching or tearing after a month of use. The wheels are able to roll smoothly, even on thick carpet. The chair is comfortable enough for long sessions of gaming. The color and styling fits well with my gaming setup. I am very pleased with this gaming chair.
