It is difficult to imagine that such a quality chair as this one is so reasonably priced. For those of you with all thumbs , very easy to assemble. You will pay for shipping, but the chair arrives in a few days. You will be pleased at the comfort when you first sit down!
Very comfortable. Had it 6 months now the reclining mechanism is broke. I weigh 195 lbs and I'm not abusive to the chair. Not sure why the bushing is made of cast and not steel.

This chair is very comfortable, and I can feel a big difference from the chair I was using before. I don't get pains in my back or legs when I sit in this chair for long periods of time, which is a godsend from what I was dealing with before. My only complaint is that the joints began to squeak after only a month of use, but that's simple enough to fix that it isn't a turn off in any way. Overall, great product!

I had to add a lumbar pillow, but that's more because I'm only 5'3 and I have short legs than any trouble with the comfort of the chair. I have fibro and work in this chair 8 hours a day (give or take) with little difficulty.

Had this a couple months and I like it. No prblems assembling it. Its somewhat comfortable and easy to maneuver. Its not super plush and supportive like some really high end office chairs are, but this one is a great price for the average office chair! I recommend it.

Comfortable & Sturdy, appears to be good quality. Assembly was a little tricky because it took some force to get the screw holes lined up. Overall, a very good price for this kind of chair.

This chair is large, well built and beautiful. Be careful as you assemble, wiat until all bolts are started correctly before tightening. Great lumbar support and I am a 260 pounder.

I read some of the troubling ratings, but I still ordered the chair. First of all, I love the chair. It is extremely comfortable and looks great. 4 rating, however, because like some other people, I had one screw that was almost impossible to attach. Took me an hour and I scratched one of the arms slightly in the process. Not sure how they have that issue. Stay persistent and it’s a great chair for the price
