FAQ

Q: Your products can be customized?
A: YES! We create exactly what you want, according to your tastes, and based on your design requirements. Most of our models can be customized according to material, color, or size. You can also give us your design plan, and we will create a new mold for you based on the requirements you specify.


Q: Why we ask you to provide detail information?
A: Because your detailed requirements would help us to act fast and accurately to your inquiry, to start your job and mine efficiently.


Q: What is your minimum order requirement?
A: We value every order with different quantity, four different color or items allowed to mixed 1x40HQ Container, as we always feel grateful to every customer who can choose us from huge choices.


Q: Prices can negotiate?
A: We believe in a fair and reasonable price. A special project like black-Friday, back to school, annual promotion can be negotiable.


Q: How much will the shipping charges be?
A: It depends on the size of your shipment and the method of shipping. We would feel grateful if you could spare us some time to give us the detailed information such as the codes and quantity, your favorable method of shipping, (by air or by sea,) and your designated port or airport, since it will be helpful for us to evaluate the cost based on the information provided.


Q: How would you control the quality?
A: To confirm the order, we will check with you of the product detailed specification, such as product size, material, leather/fabric color, according to the sample confirmed, and make sure it acts strictly the same to the mass production. When we come into production, we will be tracing every process by QC inspectors, and we will also take photos of every process to you to update your information. When production finished, you can designate inspectors or third part to check the goods; we will do our best to cooperate with them and solve problems when it occurred.


Q: Why don't you provide your test certificate for each product?
A: It's unrealistic for us to take every product to test. We can only provide test reports for most of the spare parts, such as leather, base, caster, gas lift. That means the quality of our spare parts can pass that testing rules, meet the requirements of the certificate needs. So, if you need some specified test certificate, we can arrange for you and pay by your side.

 

 Q: What payment terms do you accept?

A: 1) 30% OF TOTAL AMOUNT T/T AS ADVANCE WITH CONFIRM ORDER, BALANCE 70% OF TOTAL AMOUNT T/T, WILL BE MADE WITH COPY OF B/L, P/L AND C/I.

2) L/C at sight. (Order amount needs to be over 50,000US$)


Q: What's the shipping terms?
A: Lead time for bulk order: 30-35 days.
Lead time for sample order: 10-15 days.
Seaport of loading: Ningbo and Shanghai, China.
