Updated to 5 stars. Customer support was very helpful with my issues and are offering a full refund since I was not able to get comfortable in this chair due to my sitting style.

These look great, just like the over priced other brands. They are also comfortable if you sit in a tradition style and you your butt, thighs or back are not too large. The sides on the backrest and seat and very hard and rigid. The idea is to keep you in like an actual racing chair i get it. And when I am gaming that typically works well. But if I am just watching some youtube or browsing the internet I like to put 1 leg under my other or sit with legs crossed and this chair does not allow that. I would have the same opinion about any racing chair I believe. They just are not for me or my body type. If you fat the rigid sides are going to be pressing into your rolls constantly.

The wheels roll exceptionally easily on carpet. I move this chair around my table on a nearly daily basis.
My main uses for this chair are: at computer, gaming, painting, knitting, watching movies, playing uke

I bought this chair as a gift for my husband and he seems to love it. His only issue is the winged part of the back seemed too constricting for his shoulders, but he is a fixer and somehow bent them out to give him more room. He is 6'3 with fairly wide shoulders, so I wouldn't recommend them for a larger broader person. He likes the style and comfort and as of this moment has been in it for almost 24 hours gaming, so I may have lost him to it.

This chair has been wonderful. I purchased it back in March and have been using it as my daily chair in the office ever since. It is very comfortable and many people comment on how nice it looks. It was easy to put together and has held up pretty well. I had a problem recently though where one of the welds broke loose and after emailing the seller and sending some pictures the seller replaced the whole chair for me. This was well above and beyond my expectations as I have owned the chair for over 6 months but it has made me a life long customer of theirs. The seller was wonderful to work with and very responsive to my emails. I can recommend these chairs based on their comfort, price and the fact that the seller stands by their product! So far I love the chair. I ordered the red one, because fashionframe is the endgame, and I got the nice one pictured. Customer service seems great, I emailed them asking a question and they responded very quickly. Chair goes together easily, nice labeled hardware kit, with included tools. Built it by myself so it took about 30mins. Parts look nice, bolts had a nice coat of blue loctite on them which is nice to see so they don't come loose easily. Overall A+ chair, don't buy that over priced DXracer BS.

Absolutely love this chair. Ordered Sunday and received package on Wednesday. Well packaged with no damage. The instructions and assembly were very straightforward, although the screws are mislabeled as A for the armrests going into the chairs back, just follow the quantity on the notes, you'll be fine. Fully put together in about 15 minutes, I sat in the chair as was extremely pleased by the nice leather, great support and good height adjustment. The included neck pillow works well, although I am very tall and need to slide down a bit to make it work. There is a button on the right side that will let you recline, and although it's not all the way down horizontally I definitely would be able to fall asleep in it. The wheels also are very nice and has a great glide and spin. At this price for a gaming / racing chair I honestly wasn't expecting much, but I am super glad I chose this product.

Im 6 ft 2 inches and 180 lbs, and so far I love this new chair. Really like the black and white color scheme. The added nech and lumbar pillows are so comfy imo. Hope this chair lasts a good few years.

This thing is awesome. I switched from an office-style chair that I thought was pretty decent, however it was murder on my lower back. This thing is super comfy, looks pretty sweet, and it took care of my lower back issue that I would have if I sat in my previous chair for too long.
Others mentioned a smell to the chair, but its really not that strong and it's a bit like new car smell, so it's definitely not a drawback.
For reference, I'm about 5'9 and 170 lbs. If you're a big bubba or a little guy, then you may need to compare the dimensions of different chairs available to see which one will be the best for your build.

Ordered this after my husband's old chair broke. This seemed like a good chair for the price and I will say it has definitely gone above and beyond! The company shipped quickly and it arrived nearly 4 or so days before estimated date. It was in good condition and he put it together in just a few minutes.This chair has a slight 'recline' position but in it's upright state keeps your back straight and your neck elevated to make it comfortable for long periods of sitting. The little pillow is even adjustable with a strap in case you are taller. He's 5'10 and this was more then big enough for him though someone taller then 6'2 or so might be cutting it close.

First off I had a damaged part due to shipping. I received a response quickly from the seller. I received replacement part free of charge in about 5 days.

As far as the chair goes the leather seems to be good quality with good crftmanship. The chair is heavy, sturdy, well built. Feels almost exactly like a race car seat NOT A LUXURY CAR seat. Lumbar and head rest cushions are great. Easy to set up if you are mechanicaly inclined.

amazing chair! definitely worth the price point. I live close to a DXRacer showroom and I tried out the their chairs first. I wasn't that impressed for the price point and after order this thing I'm very happy that I decided to WAIT! The DXRacer is identical but cost 3x more than this chair. it's comfortable, ergonomic, and solid.

The shipping is swift, the packaging is also very solid and well organized. Setting up and building the chair is also a breeze just takes a little bit of effort. I have two of these chairs and I would recommend to a friend. Best quality at a fair price!

Loving this chair was looking for something like the Racers look but not with the price tag this is beyond what i could have imagined super comfy and all my friends are asking about where I got it. So far super comfy for those hours of gaming. I was able to assemble it by myself with no problems and its a very straight forward assembly only took like 15mins. Nothing damaged and was packed very well. Matches my setup perfectly as well

This chair isn't very well made. The armrests became loose after just few hours. Also, the seat cushion is extremely firm - not much different than sitting on a dining chair. A bit more foam would have been greatly appreciated. If it weren't such a pain to dismantle and box up, I'd be sending these back. Stupid me, bought two of them. My children don't even like them.

Amazing chair and service. When I initially purchased it, it said shipping should take around a week or a bit longer. Happily, I discovered that they overnight shipped it without me asking. Confused, but pleasantly surprised. Chair comes nicely packed into a decent sized box, and while I was slightly intimidated at first with the assembly picture you get, I had it built in under 30 mins, simple and uncomplicated, only issue I had was attaching the chair back to the seat, but that was just getting it to line up properly so I could screw it in. Like I said though, quite simple and easy, had it all assembled way faster then I thought I would. You can customize the chair any way you want. If you don't want the arm rests, just don't install them. The arm rests adjust in height, the seat height is adjustable, the chair reclines all the way back, and you could sleep in it if you wanted. You can remove the neck and lumbar supports if you want. Everything is adjustable. Very comfortable chair,

I have had this chair for 2 months and I love it! It was a much better price than similar chairs and I have ZERO complaints. It is 100% leather or leatherique or whatever it is. :) I am 6 foot 1 and 265 pounds and it holds me just fine. It slightly crowds my rear at the very back of the seat, but not enough to even worry about. The adjustable back cushion is amazing! I will say the strap on the head pillow is a little loose and the pillow sags a bit, but I rigged it to be tighter and now I am in happy town. I plan to buy another for my son. Love it!

The picture you see is a true depiction of what you get. The chair after a month of use has held up and doesn't have any damage from normal use yet. The pillows are memory foam like. The butt seat and the back padding are firm but still comfortable enough for sitting in extended periods of time. The pillows also reposition well, as the back one slides up and down and the neck one snaps in the two holes, or around the top of the chair when you are sitting forward or are a taller person. I'm 5'10 and my head doesn't past the top of the chair so it's good for people around 6ft or lower for neck support and a full chair. I can't speak for coverage over 6ft but it should be fine for a few inches above 6ft. The chair reclines back to 180 degrees and like 85 degrees forward. Only complaint is that the left side arm slightly wobbles despite being fully tightened at the bottom, so you might have a little shake to your chair arms due to their design. I ordered this chair because i wanted to venture into streaming and all i had was an office chair but i needed something with a higher back. This was perfect. I'm 6'2 and this chair fits perfectly. Was super easy to put together, there's a QR code you can scan to literally watch a video on how to put this together. Took me about 20-30 minutes but that was because i'm easily distracted by other things.

After getting it together i did some adjustments and everything works great. wheels roll super easy. Great bang for the buck. Now to see if it's a quality product and lasts but for now. 5 stars.

There is absolutley nothing wrong with the chair itself I love it, very comfortable. My problem is the quality control the predrilled bolt holes were not the correct size for a lot of the bolts which led to me really have to crank them in. I was a little disappointed that the arm rest were solid plastic as well but all in all its a great chair for gaming

I love the chair but even though I did get some little rips into the chair, I contacted the support and got almost a instant reply! They hooked me up with a new chair! I would diffidently recommend this product for the gamers out there it's really comfy for long hours of sitting! :)
